Creating a shortlist

The shortlist feature allows you to:

• save services to a personalised list
• share the list via a URL, or a PDF to email or print
• save services to go back to later

To save a service, click the heart icon next to the search result or on the right of the service listing page. You can remove it at any time by clicking the icon again.

Saving and sending a PDF booklet

1. Go to My shortlist.
2. To expand your results to full listing details, remember to click ‘Show more details’ before you take any further actions.
3. Click Email customised booklet.
4. On the Create your PDF booklet page, you can:

• give your booklet a title
• add the recipient’s name
• click Hide listing description or Show listing description
• choose a text size (small, normal, large, largest)
• add the recipient’s email (mandatory)
• add your name

5. Complete the reCAPTCHA.
6. Click Create booklet.

This will then be sent to the given email address after a few minutes.

Print customised booklet

This feature sends your short-list straight to your printer.  If you want to print your short-list in larger print, we suggest you email it to yourself, where you can choose print size, and then print it.

Email a link to this list

If you choose this option, the email recipient will receive a hyperlink to the short-list you have saved.  If you clear your short-list on your device at a later date, the email recipient will only see the short-list you sent them at that time, not any latter short-lists you might make for yourself or others.
