Berkshire Vision - 18-35 Social Club

Last updated: 14/02/2022
The group was set up specifically to support young adults with their transition into adulthood.
Regular get-togethers are available for this group. Members meet with other partially sighted young adults living in Berkshire, this gives them a sense of friendship and takes the isolation away from how they may feel.
Parents, carers or friends are welcome, or to promote independence wherever possible, DBS checked volunteers available to offer support.
Some examples of outings and activities include group mini-breaks, theatre trips with behind-the-scenes tours, cookery sessions, meals out, animal encounters, concerts, discos, bowling etc.
