Highly experienced, BABCP fully accredited CBT therapist and integrative psychologist working with depression, all types of anxiety, OCD, trauma/PTSD, complex trauma, emotion regulation difficulties (BPD), substance misuse, trichotillomania and other bodily focused repetitive behaviours.
Experienced in working with people from all backgrounds and ethnicities including those on the autistic spectrum, LGBT, and long-term health conditions. Short or longer term work offered. I also offer supervision for accredited and trainee therapists. Group work available to organisations on request. I work with children age 11+, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
I practice CBT, DBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and ACT.
I am recognised by all major insurance companies and am registered with the ICO.

My office is ground floor though does not have a wheelchair entrance. There is plenty of parking and use of a bathroom.

All psychological therapy sessions are 50 - 60 minutes long and take place weekly
apart from scheduled holidays.

Table of costs Amount Cost Type £80.00 per hour
- £80.00 per hour for one-to-one therapy; £100.00 for couples or family therapy; group work depending on the requirements.
Payment is via PayPal or bank transfer.
Cancellations must be given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If no cancellation is given before the scheduled appointment or the client does not attend without any notice, the full fee for the hour is due.
