Hello, I am Steph McGee, an Online Hypnotherapist running a peaceful Hypnotherapy clinic in Oxford and also offering antenatal Hypnobirthing classes in Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist my work focuses on the trickier issues including fertility, food related problems, pain, performance anxiety as well as trauma and PTSD including birth and breastfeeding trauma.

I also work with teens and children who are struggling with anxiety, exam nerves, emetophobia, food and fussy eating problems and/or phobias.

My Hypnotherapy Practice is in Horspath, 7 miles from Oxford City centre, just off junction 8 of the M40 and whilst most of my clients choose online hypnotherapy I am able to offer in person hypnotherapy for those that need it.

 

And it's reassuring to know that I am registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council, which is Accredited by the Professional Standards Agency.

Available 9am - 7.30pm (contactable anytime). Clinical Hypnotherapy is a positive and forward focused combination of solution focused therapy with clinical hypnosis. Rewind Therapy is a light state of hypnosis, based on neuro-linguistic programming which aims to rapidly reduce the distressing symptoms of trauma. And unlike other therapies, the Rewind Technique does not require you to talk about the traumatic event any detail or for any prolonged period of time. Integrated Parts Hypnosis uses metaphor to address outdated or unhelpful thoughts, emotions, behaviours or subconscious blocks..
