Nature for Health - Shaw House Community Kitchen Garden
Nature for Health is a new project at West Berkshire Council. The project aims to develop and deliver greenspace and nature activities which will promote and improve physical and mental health & wellbeing whilst reducing social isolation and loneliness by engaging and enabling everyone to become part of their local communities.
Shaw House have a number of raised beds on site which are being transformed into a community garden. This is an opportunity for everyone to get involved. Come and explore the benefits of being outdoors. Learning and share knowledge whilst getting to know your local community.
Activity Period
The sessions are drop in's you don't have to be there for the whole time or every week. People are welcome to stay long if they wish.
