Dementia UK have a partnership with the Nationwide Building Society offering free, face to face appointments with a dementia specialist nurse known as an Admiral Nurse, in 200 branches across the country.

Nationwide is providing a confidential, accessible room to host Admiral Nurse clinics.
There is no need to be a customer of Nationwide to access the clinics.
Clinic appointments are for 45 minutes, face to face with a dementia specialist nurse called an Admiral Nurse.
Clinics are for:
- People worried about their own memory or that of someone else
- People who have been diagnosed with dementia
- Carers of people living with dementia
Admiral Nurses can provide support with all aspects of dementia care such as:
- Support around getting a diagnosis
- Understanding symptoms of dementia including how to respond to behaviour
- Communicating with the person living with dementia
- Planning future care
