West Berkshire Therapy Centre is a specialised therapy gym for people with disabilities in west Berkshire and surrounding areas. We are a not for profit charitable organisation and invite voluntary contributions at the lowest rates compatible with providing an excellent service for as many people as possible.

Exercise is proven to help many conditions. With specialist power assisted equipment, West Berkshire therapy centre allows for exercise in a safe, relaxed, accessible environment supervised by a qualified physiotherapist.  The atmosphere is sociable and carers are very welcome.

The service is often used by those with Rheumatism, Arthritis, Parkinson's MS, Fibromyalgia, Amputees, Stroke survivors, post operative, sight-impaired, frail elderly and those with no diagnosis other than unexplained mobility challenges, including those recovering from the after effects of covid!

Those using the service are able to move about more freely, with less pain, improving their walking and gait, with a reduced likelihood of falls, improving general mobility and the ability to perform basic tasks of daily living. If you are struggling to climb your stairs at home or cannot manage to get to the shops, this could be just the help you need!
