Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Our specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing advice and support, to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.
Opening times:
- Monday to Friday 9am-9pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm
- Open bank holidays (9am-5pm), except 25th December
