I have been working as a primary schoolteacher in the Netherlands before moving over to Britain. I have been  working in childcare for 22 years in this country.

I offer a home from home setting with a good selection of in and outside toys. we have free flow, between the living room, playroom and outside enclosed garden.

We attend local toddler groups and trips to the park and meet up with other local childminders.

Costs

£ 5.50 per hour

Payment will be in arears, i will send the invoice out at the end of the month.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements? If so can you provide details?

Yes Parents are asked to bring in food for the children. I can provide snacks.

2 places at the moment, but this changes when i get new children starting.

No

For what age children do you offer provision?

I offer spaces from babies up to 5/6 year olds. or until they start fulltime school.

Do you have immediate vacancies?

No

Opening Times - please include day, start time and end time

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am until 4.30pm. Can negotiate on half an hour extra if really needed.

Do you provide drop off or collection services?

No

English is my main language. I also speak Dutch and understand German.

    I have monitored children's learning and completed two years checks which have been given to the health visitor.

    i have age appropriate toys and activities, and follow the Early years foundation stage curriculum.

    I keep track of the progress of the children, I inform the parents on Whatsapp and at drop-off and/or pick-up time

  • Childcare 9 How will you support my child’s transition to a new setting or school

    We talk about the new setting with the children, and focus on school readiness in the months before the children have to go to school.
