Thatcham Community Larder

Back to results

A great way for people to get the food they need at a very reasonable price. Members can come in and choose items like tins, packets and supermarket surplus products, as well as a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Community larders are not means-tested.

A membership programme which provides access to surplus food and drink which would otherwise be sent to landfill - good for your pocket and better for the environment!  See website for costs.  One off joining fee then monthly direct debit.

We also offer seated exercises, a craft table, knit and natter, a book exchange and refreshments.
