With 39 self contained flats. All the flats have a kitchen, lounge, separate bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Two flats have double bedrooms and there are five specially adapted wheelchair flats on the ground floor.  There are two assisted bathrooms in the scheme for tenants that need assistance with bathing and a bath for tenants that can bathe independently.

There is a communal lounge. The scheme offers a restaurant service. A charge is made for a two course meal and hot drink.  A patio area is available for tenants to relax in. 

Other communal amenities available include: hairdresser salon, laundry room, guest room.
