The Dementia Care Adviser Service in West Berkshire is commissioned by West Berkshire Council and delivered by Alzheimer’s Society. It is available for anyone who affected by dementia across West Berkshire.
Our experienced, trained Dementia Care Advisers give information, practical advice, tips and strategies as well as signposting to legal and financial support, based on personal circumstances and needs. This is delivered by phone, online and face to face
