The Patient Information Point can provide you with information on a wide range of health conditions, health or social care services, as well as signpost where you can get support for many different health issues.
Our aim is to help you better understand what choices you have, so that you can manage your own health, as well as helping you make plans about the future. Our service is free to those who need it.
The Patient Information Point is maintained and updated by trained volunteers. They will help you find information, or give you printed leaflets or print-outs from reliable web sites. The volunteers can suggest local or national agencies for further advice and support if needed.
The Patient Information Point is based at West Berkshire Community Hospital opposite Reception. We offer a quiet room where you can read leaflets and guides, or talk to one of our PIP Volunteers who can guide you to the right support websites and apps.
