BoxWise - FREE 6-Week Non-Contact Boxing Programme

For young people in school years 7 - 11.
Classes consist of a warm up and cool down, technique and teamwork drills plus bag and one to one pad work.
Each participant will be provided with a BoxWise T-shirt, water bottle, hand wraps and hot meal after each session.
