Drama workshops for adults - Scene Change at The Watermill Theatre

The Watermill Theatre welcomes you to join monthly drama workshops for adults who, for whatever reason, could use a change of scene.

Drama lends itself to supporting well-being for the opportunity it offers to just play! Through play we make sense of the world around us, thinking ourselves into unusual, surprising and puzzling circumstances, and thinking ourselves out of them.

How do actors deal with stage fright, anxiety and pressure? How do they control the messages we all send out to the people around us?
