Personal Care – Any personal care work you require throughout the day as well as reminders, management and assistance with health care and medical appointment or reminders. Personal care can include getting in and out of bed, showering or bathing, personal hygiene requirements, getting dressed and any other assistance you require.
Communication – Help keep in touch with family and friends whilst liaising with care professionals for easy communication.
Companionship – Supporting and chatting with you over a drink.
Daily Living – support and complete paperwork where possible and carry out daily life tasks.
Domestic Assistance – Completing any domestic work you require to keep the home clean including cooking, cleaning, ironing, making beds and laundry.
Home Phone Support – Speak to you over the phone for a friendly and comforting voice whenever you require.
Outings – Helping you stay active outside your home.
Respite – We can fill in for your carer if they urgently need to pop out, even for a small or temporary time.
Transport – Transporting you for activities outside your home such as shopping, community events, appointments and any other activities you would like to do.
