If you’re homeless, living in a hostel or have difficulties accessing mainstream health services, you can visit clinics in Reading and speak to a member of the Health Outreach Liaison Team (HOLT).
If the team is unable to help you they will ensure you are referred to the right service or agency that can help.

Every Monday, 11am to 1.30pm, at the Churches in Reading Drop In Centre (CIRDIC), 1 Berkeley Avenue, Reading, RG1 6JT.
Every Tuesday, 7am to 9am, in partnership with St Mungo’s, Reading, to offer help to anyone found sleeping rough.
Between Tuesday and Friday, we hold a number of clinics on a referral basis at different locations. These include approved premises, Launchpad and 1st Stage housing hostels.
