MOVEability programme for people with Parkinson’s

Featuring a special dance and movement programme designed with Parkinson’s in mind, this bi-weekly class includes a warm-up, 4-5 dance and movement routines to popular tunes and a cool down.

Who can attend

This class is funded by a grant from Parkinson’s UK so is open to people with Parkinson’s who can attend for FREE for a period of three months, subject to taking part in a short and confidential survey about the benefits of this exercise.

You can join at any point during the three month period.

Running every other Friday, this specially designed programme to a selection of upbeat tracks and an emphasis on inclusion, with all the music and fun you are exercising without even realising it!. Our goal is to help those joining our class manage the condition more effectively through exercise – whilst having fun and meeting new people along the way.

Classes start at 11.15, last for 45 minutes with a chance to socialise over a complimentary cuppa and a biscuit afterwards
