Care Alarm - Sovereign Careline

Sovereign Careline is a small organisation within Sovereign Housing Association dedicated to supporting older and vulnerable people living in their own homes.  This allows customers greater independence and freedom to pursue their own lifestyles than living in residential care.

This support is achieved through using high technology monitoring and communication devices in the customer’s home.  The customer can then easily summon the help they need themselves, or in some cases allow automatic alarms to alert the Careline that there is a problem.

The Careline care alarm service allows you to get help in an emergency:

• within your home or garden;
• at any time of day or night; and
• every day of the year
