Description

We have two supported living units in Newbury, Heffernan House has 7 self contained individual flats of which service users hold a tenancy for. Stella Maris House has 5 individual flats.

Service user's are supported as per their assessed needs to live independently in their own homes.

Currently both supported living units are full. However West Berkshire Mencap are always looking at opportunities to open further supported living units in the future.  The cost of rental of the flats/rooms and costs of services would be agreed on a project by project basis.
