Links to Thrive is a programme of free courses and taster workshops for adults offering creative activities, support and social connection delivered in venues across West Berkshire.
In collaboration with local GP surgeries and their Social Prescribers the Corn Exchange are offering referral and self-referral places onto three new creative well-being courses.
Art for Wellbeing: Sketching and Drawing
Explore some of Newbury’s own historic artifacts as a starting point for sketching and drawing. Led by a professional artist, with insights into local history by Clare Bromley, Learning and Participation Officer at West Berkshire Museum, these relaxed and informal sessions aim to promote wellbeing and support good mental health.
