Community based service for people with a learning disability - St Lukes Trust

Add to My Shortlist

Charity providing a high-quality community-based service for people with a learning disability who require support in their lives. Clients are helped to become more independent and take control of their own lives.

There are many activities on site as well as off site for Day Service users, and all service users can make the most of these opportunities.

At present, St Luke’s Trust supports individuals of all ages of whom have varying degrees of learning disability.

Access to meaningful employment and occupation are limited for many people, not just those with learning disabilities, and St Lukes want to bring together those people, irrespective of their abilities, who have an interest in working on the land and with natural materials.

All individuals are encouraged to try new activities, but of course each person has the time and support to learn at their own pace. All care is tailored to an individual to give them as much support as they would like and in specific areas of need.
