Samaritans - Newbury
Samaritans benefit society by improving people’s emotional health in order to create a greater sense of well being. Apart from being a 24-hour source of support on the telephone, by email, by letter or face to face, Samaritans also work in the local community.

Common reasons to call Samaritans are:
- Relationship and family problems
- Loss, including loss of a job, a friend or a family member through bereavement
- Financial worries
- Job-related stress or overwork
- College or study related stress
- Body image issues
You can drop in anytime between the hours of 10am - 10pm on most days of the week. If you are making a special journey call beforehand on 01635 42452 to check that we will be available when you arrive. Alternatively, you can telephone or email anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
