Smart Creative Care is a Berkshire-based Supported Living service run by former carers and practitioners with decades of experience delivering high-quality care. Smart Creative Care is CQC registered and a provider of high-quality services in supported living care for service users with learning or physical disability conditions.

Smart Creative Care is a service based on a set of core principles: the promotion of privacy, dignity, safety, respect, and confidentiality for all service users. We aim to promote choice for all would be service users and will endeavour to ensure that they are supported to make informed choices and be involved in all decisions about their care. We deliver a focused package to suit the needs of the individual aiming to facilitate a good balance between independence and support.
