Where to go

The Old Wesleyan Chapel
10, Hampton Road

Ground floor accessible to wheelchairs, but toilets not yet accessible to wheelchairs

Currently the building is a pretty basic facility, with workshop, basic kitchen and toilet facilities on the ground floor. There is an upper floor, which the group occasionally use for workshops, so we gather information on mobility etc in the booking process to help us ensure we locate the workshops appropriately.

Until our heating is installed, it is advisable for participants attending workshops October onwards, to wear layers to ensure their comfort

Other notes

Given our current state  (a basic facility but with great workshops, only open when workshops are on) - this facility is probably best recommended for people without severe physical or educational needs, and who are able to integrate with minor adjustments /a little extra help and care from our staff/teachers.

West Berkshire Council do not promote or endorse any of the services listed in this Directory. For more information on this please read our disclaimer.
