Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM)

The MEAM Approach West Berkshire is a multi-agency partnership approach to working with people with multiple complex needs and complicating factors around homelessness including substance misuse, contact with the criminal justice system and mental health needs. The approach works by creating a partnership of systems and agencies that work with people with multiple disadvantage so that these people do not fall through the gaps between services. Through the approach we hope to achieve better outcomes people facing multiple disadvantage.
If you know anyone that may benefit from the MEAM Approach please contact the team.
The MEAM Approach West Berkshire is one of twenty five areas across England that are increasing individuals' wellbeing, aiming to reduce costs to public services and improving people's lives.
