Dedicated and experienced health care professional with 14 years of background working in the community aiding people by providing assistance administering daily direct care support, offering both emotional and practical support, this includes domestic tasks as well as health monitoring to improve the quality of life for someone in need.  I have been offering support services to vulnerable people who cannot live independently including elderly clients and adults with developmental and learning disabilities.

I will always aim to ensure:

  • the client’s safety in their home and in their community at all times aiming to provide a service that meets the unique needs of individuals in my care and make certain that quality is maintained throughout the business;
  • clients are supported with dignity and personal respect, including being valued as an individual; their involvement in the planning of their own service including preferences for timing, food etc; Plus, privacy for their own affairs.
