Loose Ends Newbury - Serving the homeless and vulnerable in Newbury

FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES REGARDING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK, LOOSE ENDS NEWBURY HAS CEASED REGULAR SESSIONS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. IN THEIR PLACE, FOR AS LONG AS WE'RE ABLE, WE ARE OFFERING A  'TAKEAWAY' SERVICE AND FOOD PARCELS DURING OUR NORMAL SESSION TIMES

When normal service resumes:

Loose Ends Newbury is a drop-centre in Newbury serving food to the homeless and vulnerable. The preparation and serving of healthy, hot meals is the group's main function but food parcels, toiletries and clean clothes are also offered to all those in need.

The volunteers strive to provide a safe, friendly atmosphere where people can socialise.  Clients are often homeless or ‘sofa surfing’, may have addictions, suffer from a mental illness or are on low incomes.
