Volunteers needed at Riding for the Disabled (RDA) Lambourn
Last updated: 19/03/2024
Lambourn RDA is a member group of The Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), which is a charity that makes a difference and excels as a provider of disability sport.
Lambourn RDA relies on the support of volunteers
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with the Lambourn Group either on a regular basis or as and when you can, the group would be delighted to hear from you. No previous experience with horses is required; the group appreciate all offers of help, large or small.
It is a very friendly group providing riding sessions five days a week throughout the year, subject to weather. We cater for participants with a wide range of abilities, both children and adults.

- Notes
Our Volunteers are an essential part of running our group. We require volunteers to help with riding and non-riding therapy sessions, fundraising, administration, events, and occasionally to help look after the horses and ponies when permanent yard staff are away.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and to really make a difference to the people who come to benefit from interacting with our horses and ponies.
