Learning Disability Groups

The Self-advocacy group in West Berkshire is called 'It's My Life' and the group meet weekly.  Contact Alex Osterritter 07912 309122 or email: alex.osterritter@theadvocacypeople.org.uk    

Learning Disability Partnership Boards (LDPBs) for people with learning disabilities are made up of people with learning disabilities, parent/family carers, support staff, people who supply and buy services, people from health and community services and anyone who has an interest in supporting adults with a learning disability.  The West Berkshire Group meet every other month at Broadway House, 4-8 The Broadway, Newbury RG14 1BA

For advice and information about local health and social care.  Healthwatch in West Berkshire is run by The Advocacy People.
