Wholestep CIC is a Music and Creative Therapy service that specialises in mental health and wellbeing, attachment and special needs. We offer individual and family sessions for children with additional needs. Our Mindful Music sessions is a short-term therapy for adults to help manage stress and anxiety. We also run community music groups for children and adults. Community Music brings people together, using music to teach, share, and enrich lives. We can also provide training for professionals on Music Therapy and attachment.

Our therapy service is offered in local schools, children's centres, and through online sessions. We also work in partnership with Berkshire Maestros and have therapy space available at their headquarters. Please contact us for more details.
