East Family Hub

 

We are currently running face to face babies and toddler groups - by invitation only.

Wednesday - Walks in various locations, please see Facebook page for details. Babies in buggies and toddlers welcome.

We are also holding various Zoom sessions.

Breastfeeding support - Thursday 2pm - contact us for log in details.

Other Zoom sessions include toilet learning, introducing solids, parenting support and antenatal.

Postnatal sessions are face to face - please contact the Hub for details of the next course.

All face to face sessions are small and limited in numbers. We follow strict government guidelines regarding social distancing, face covering and hygiene measures are in place at the Hub.

1:1 support from a family support worker is available.

Inspection outcomes/quality awards

The Family Wellbeing Hub is registered and inspected by Ofsted.

Feedback and complaints procedure

The centre will provide the best possible service for the children in their care and for parents/carers. We therefore will provide parents/carers with a means of making a complaint. How will I know my child will be safe using this service?

The centre recognises it has a duty to ensure arrangements are in place for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children . The centre ensures we practice safe recruitment in checking suitability of staff and volunteers to work with children including full DBS checks on all staff and volunteers. Health and Safety is a major priority and both buildings and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained.
