SHaRON - The Support Hope and Recovery Online Network for people with mental health difficulties
Last updated: 13/03/2023
24/7 peer support and expert advice through A private and confidential ‘Support Hope and Recovery Online Network’ (SHaRON).
Groups support:
- Young people with eating disorders
- Families of young people with or waiting for an assessment for autism
- New mums with mental health difficulties
- Partners and carers of a new mum with mental health difficulties
If you can’t find a current group that meets your needs, keep checking back on the website as new groups will be added.
The SHaRON network is a secure and confidential place for you to find support when you need it. It’s only available to people who’ve been referred. And everyone signs in using a secure username to keep their identity anonymous.
Once you’ve been referred, you’ll be able to talk to other people going through similar difficulties as you. You can also talk to the moderating team, which includes experienced clinicians, former service users and partners from the voluntary sector.
