I host my Group Hypnobirthing Classes in a beautiful converted barn near Alton just south of Basingstoke, while Private Hypnobirthing Classes are available in the comfort of your own home or mine.
Online courses are also available as required and requested.

Group courses are limited to a maximum of four couples in order for you to get the most out of your Hypnobirthing classes
and ensure there is plenty of time for you to ask questions and have your personal queries addressed. The Hypnobirthing Group Course comprises four sessions
each lasting roughly 2.5 - 3 hours. Classes are scheduled over four recurring weeknight evenings or two weekend days. Private courses are scheduled at a time and in a place that suits you
the exclusive nature of a one-to-one course means classes can be tailored to meet your own personal needs and preferences
ensuring we cover all your concerns and answer all your questions.
