Nature for Health - Shaw House Community Gardens

Nature for Health is a new project at West Berkshire Council. The project aims to develop and deliver greenspace and nature activities which will promote and improve physical and mental health & wellbeing whilst reducing social isolation and loneliness by engaging and enabling everyone to become part of their local communities.
Shaw House have a number of raised beds on site which are being transformed into a community garden. This is an opportunity for everyone to get involved. Come and explore the benefits of being outdoors. Learning and share knowledge whilst getting to know your local community.
