The Little Blue Book of Sunshine explains some of the things you can do right now to feel better, or who to turn to if things feel too much.
If you think you need to talk about how you’re feeling, then it’s a good idea to do that.
Talk with a trusted adult at school, at home, or any clubs you’re involved with.

In a crisis or an emergency
