Playscheme for children/young people with additional needs.
Playscheme runs over the Easter and Summer Holidays taking children aged 3 to 19 years with a wide range of abilities and needs. Each child is given a one to one volunteer carer for the day. There are also 6 highly skilled and experienced staff on site.
Playscheme also allows the children the opportunity to access occasional trips out as well as the facilities on offer at the centre. For more information or to find out about booking a place Call 01635 41464.

Our Holiday Playscheme runs for one week at Easter and three weeks over the summer holidays, catering for children aged 3 - 18 years.
Children aged 11 - 18 attend Monday and Thursday
Children aged 3 - 11 attend Tuesday and Friday
Access to soft play, sensory room, fully equipped playground, large selection of toys, crafting and cooking activities.
Children are taken on trips to local amenities such as swimming, ten-pin bowling and local farm parks.

Our Centre is fully accessible for people with disabilities. Changing room with tracking hoist, sensory room with tracking hoist and soft play with tracking hoist mobile hoist available on request. Please contact us to discuss your child's individual needs and any medical requirements.
The service is available to children aged 3 - 18 years with a disability
parents / carers can self-refer. Referrals can be made by other agencies, social workers, schools etc. To request a registration form, please call or e-mail.
We aim to respond and arrange a home visit within three weeks of receiving a referral, unless it is urgent. Booking forms are sent out approx. six weeks prior to the club and places are given on a first come, first served basis.

The service conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey which provides an opportunity to provide feedback and comments on the service. A registration form is completed, detailing all of your child's needs. All staff are fully trained and undertake additional medical training when a need arises. We are inspected by Ofsted. Risk Assessments are carried out on all activities and equipment, and we have a high staff-to-child ratio, using trained and checked volunteers to provide on-to-one support for the children. All staff are subject to safer recruitment procedures and are DBS checked and trained.
