Education Health and Plan Survey results 2019 - 20
Last updated: 21/07/2022
This page contains the most recent reports from data collected using the Personal Outcome Evaluation Tool (POET). POET is a tool which collects the views of parents, carers, children, young people and practitioners of Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) support, and the impact of this support. These reports compare the numerical responses of practitioners in West Berkshire with other parts of England. Locally, we use the results of this survey to monitor how we are doing and how we can make improvements. The information is also used in a national report to help improve the way things are done for others in England. There are no personal details included and no way of identifying individuals.
A national report with the results is published 3 times per year and we receive individual reports for our local authority, subject to us providing sufficient returns. We share the survey results as a PDF and our response to the survey as a word document. You can see the most recent reports for West Berkshire in the downloads section below. Please note, a sufficient number of responses were only received from practitioners for the period 2019-20. Reports for this period could not be produced for children and young people or parents and carers.
Available reports include:
- A summary of results from Children and Young People (2018-19)
