Keep Fit is about having fun and that's exactly what we do. It's no good thinking this is too hard or too boring, at Interakt we have taken advice from our participants and created a series of games and exciting opportunities for each participant to engage so that every one can come away feeling good about themselves. Sessions are set up with each participants needs and strengths in mind, by tailoring these activities, each participant benefits and that's why everyone comes back week after week.
Interakt also offers one to one support in sessions, travel training, out in the community, CV writing and job coaching.

Groups are made up of individuals with learning and physical disabilities, some with hearing and visual challenges, we have the expertise to work with older people and those with mental health issues, but we also have volunteers and individuals from mainstream working with us as well.

We welcome the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals. There is no formal eligibility criteria.

Free taster sessions are highly recommended as we are convinced that it has to be the right choice in order to grow, stay healthy and be happy.
