Ways & Means - Learning in a working environment

Last updated: 17/10/2023

The Ways & Means Trust have a workshop in Rotherfield Peppard where adults can come and learn new skills.  In the workshop there is a light commercial packing and repackaging operation, which specialises in contract packing, for example, shrink-wrapping, collation, hand finishing, assembling point-of-sale displays, and packing products for retail sales.

This allows skills for independent living to be learnt first hand, as well as increasing experience for employment opportunities.  Teaching social skills is very much a part of what the Trust do.  All who attend are taught the importance of respect for each other and themselves.
