BoxWise - FREE 6-Week Non-Contact Boxing Programme

The latest, popular 6-week BoxWise programme will run at Waterside Centre Newbury from Wednesday 15 June 2022, 4.45 - 6pm, for young people aged 12 - 16.
Classes consist of a warm up and cool down, technique and teamwork drills, plus bag and one to one pad work.
Each student will be provided with a free BoxWise T-shirt, water bottle, hand wraps and hot meal after every session.
