Depends on the needs. I would be flexible and change and adapt as required
Low child adult ratio. My setting is not a big busy setting like a nursery, more of a home from home setting
Working in partnership with parents have a daily diary if needed.
Adapt what needs to be adapted in a way that will include them and there disability
No steps. Wheelchair friendly house. Extra wide doors
By working in partnership with the other setting.
I evaluate as I work and can adapt to include any child
I send out questionnaires and ask for feedback from parents. I have a complaints book. if the need arises I will follow my policy that I would have shared with all parents that are in my care.
