Mental Health - Eight Bells for Mental Health Support Newbury
Eight Bells for Mental Health offers support to anyone who is experiencing mental health issues in Newbury, Thatcham and surrounding areas.
Due to COVID-19 Eight Bells for Mental Health has been forced to reduce it’s opening days and times until further notice - please check our website for updates at eightbellsnewbury.co.uk
We are currently running a drop in session every Monday with the extended hours of 9am to 8pm but numbers are restricted to a maximum of 15 people in the building hence places must be booked in advance.
We are hoping to accommodate more service users from Monday Dec 7th when the current lockdown ends as long as numbers allow us to socially distance. Temperatures are taken and recorded at the door and safety protocols must be observed.
The following activities are running but again places must be booked in advance:
- 10am Prize Bingo or Quiz
- 11am to 12.30pm Art Therapy
- 11am Seated Yoga and Meditation
- 1pm to 3pm Art Therapy
