We offer postnatal support on a rolling programme, for new parents/carers. These sessions run for 5 weeks and are a great opportunity to meet other new parents/carers and make new friends
Family Hub staff facilitate the five sessions covering
Baby and You, Sleeping & Settling, Common Illnesses, Play & Development and Introducing Solids
