Ways into Work, will support both the inidvidual and Employer to achieve a positive Job Match and then provide the on-going support needed to ensure it is sustainable.

General Provider
Ways into Work run a zero rejection policy and therefore if the individual meets the local West Berkshire Eligibility criteria and want to work, we will provide a service.
Individual needs to be 16-25, have a Learning Disability or Autistic Spectrum condition as their primary impairment. However Ways into Work has experience of working with a wide range of young people so can provide support for any secondary impairments.
Individuals will need to be Referred via, Castle School, Brookfields School or Newbury College. However Ways into Work will happily provide information or signposting to individuals who make contact.
Ways into Work has a Feedback and Complaints Policy that can be provided on request. We work in partnership with a User Led Social Enterprise called Disability is Our Ability, who will also support with Peer auditing or feedback.
Ways into Work has a qualified workforce, with over 15 years experience of delivering high quality Supported Employment services. Ways into Work have clear Safeguarding, Health and Safety and Risk Assessment policies and processes.
