Memory Cafe at the Corn Exchange

Last updated: 05/07/2023
Memory Café at the Corn Exchange run by the Ageing Creatively Team, is free to attend and runs a programme of Musicians and Artists/Craft sessions. Tamsin Hudson, Dementia Café Coordinator for Fair Close Centre, is also present at Memory Café in order to provide free Carer Support and information on Dementia-related local services. Tea, coffee and cake is included too!
Our Memory Cafes are a place where people living with Dementia, their carers and families can interact, find support, share concerns, celebrate and take part in arts activities in a comfortable environment. All activities are led by a professional artist and are programmed with the aim to stimulate the brain and encourage conversation.
Memory Café places must be pre-booked via the Corn Exchange website: https://cornexchangenew.com/learning/info/memory-cafe-2
Tamsin also runs the Dementia Cafe at Fair Close Centre.
