Referrals will be responded to within 7 working days. We aim to enable access to our services asap following referral - we will offer the option of entering our waiting list if a specific programme is fully booked. -

Feedback request form sent for completion at the end of each term. Complaints policy and procedure in place. -

Quality assurance procedures are in place. All staff are employed through the safer recruitment process and all staff hold a enhanced DBS certificate. The provision has a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. A leeter of assurance will be provided to outline all these measures.
Exceed Alternative Provision
Exceed is part of Calcot Services for Children and serves as a therapeutic alternative provision offering tailored programmes designed to support re-engagement and skill development for our home and school children, as well as external learners referred by local authorities.
As part of our provision, we offer accredited qualifications, including NCFE Functional Skills in Maths and English, along with vocational studies through LASER Awards.
